I don’t know about anyone else but I’m a self-proclaimed app horder. I LOVE trying out new apps especially when it comes to my business. It’s the perfect way to waste time in the name of research haha. I’ve started a couple of businesses over the years, some were more experiments while others are now my full-time gig. But because of this, I’ve had to opportunity to try out ALOT of apps that claim to help you run your business. Today I’ll be sharing my top 5 business apps that helped or currently help me run my business that I think you should at least look into. This blog post is meant to save you some time in the app store so you can spend more time actually running your business.
Here’s my 5 business apps to help you run your online business
1. Loyverse POS
Loyverse is perfect if you own an online social media store. Like an Instagram or facebook store. Those services do not facilitate inventory, price lists and invoices. Loverse is a free point of sale (POS) app and in my opinion, the best out there. A while ago I ran an Instagram store while alot of inventory. Trying to remember prices and stock amounts and manually writing out recipts got tiring really quickly so I started my hunt for a good ‘inventory’ app that allowed me to state wholesale AND retail prices. i.e telling me my profit and loss instantly.
Loyverse was the app for me. After the initail set up running my business fom that app made everything so easy.

2. Planoly
Planoly helps schedule your social media content so you can get back to your business. I don’t struggle much when it comes to posting content so I use it to plan the asthetics of my instagram. I use the app to preview what my Instagram page will look like with new posts to make sure everything is on brand.
However I know alot of business owners actually struggle with posting or they don’t like to post.

3. JotForms
You can stop looking for the perfect app to collect information on your customers or clients because you’ve found it! Jot forms is an amazing app/ website that allows you to make just about any kind of form. You can also collect payments from it as well which opens up a new world of options when it comes to social media businesses.
Check this one out for yourself because to go into each and eavery feature would be too long.

- Creates sign-up forms, check out forms, ordering forms, class forms and more
- Takes payments
- Detailed analytics
- Shows how many viewed the form vs how many signed up. (your conversion rate)
- Sends email notifications when someone has completed a form.
Jot Form Cons
- I find their phone app to be glitchy so I use their website on desktop and their email notifications a lot.
- This can just be my experience though.

4. Add WaterMark
I like this app because it not only lets you add your watermark to photos but videos too. The export quality of images and videos are great and they do not add their own watermark to the end result making it perfect for us online business owners plus all these features come with the free version.

5. Eversign
Eversign is the gem I found while I was trying to find a contract solution. I wanted to go paperless but I understood that not every client of mine would be tech-savvy and would do how to operate adobe acrobat. I needed a website that would house my contracts and allow my clients to sign digitally and send it back to me. Eversign is amazing at this!
Firstly it’s free! Well free unless you need more than 5 contracts a month signed which I don’t. Their paid options are quite affordable as well so don’t worry. You can upload your contract. add your recipients and many other extras right to the contract before you send it off. It does an excellent job of managing your paper trail and send your clients a copy of the signed contract. All your sign contracts are saved on your account if you ever need to review or whip it out at any moment.
I love this website so much and my clients are always impressed by it.

- Clients do NOT need an account to be able to sign.
- Clients can sign via their phones, tablets or computers using the mouse of tablet pencil/stylus
- Clients automatically receive a copy of their signed contract for their own reference and documentation.
